I like to work here because I enjoy being involved with baby stuff. I also feel this is a good work environment it is very flexible and a relaxed work environment, our boss is very understanding. The job is close to home so I can carpool with my husband and the flexible hours accommodate both our schedules. Also I enjoy that at here we make an effort to be green and organic. We have duel flush toilets to save water and use compact florescent bulbs in most of our light fixtures to save electricity. I look forward to coming to work every morning, even if I don’t want to get up, I want to come to work. All the people that work at New Native really get along well, we all have each other for support. --Sokohn	I feel a real sense of pride when I come to work. The products we make are not only a useful tool in child rearing and development but socially beneficial and environmentally conscious and made in the United States. I really enjoy when I get to pass on knowledge I have gained about the benefit of organics and striving to be green to our customers and hope they will pass it to their friends. I also find it exciting when we receive international calls and I get to speak with someone on the other side of the world. Being at work is so comfortable and relaxed. There is a great ongoing dialog and every one is interested in helping one and other. I learn a lot at work and love to hear every ones opinions as we all come from different backgrounds and points of view. --Alicia
What a great place to work and what a great product. I am a mom of two girls ages 11 and 9 and used the New Native Baby Carrier for both my girls. My baby carrier lasted through not only my two but lasted through two more babies! What a testament to quality. That is what made me want to work for New Native, that and we are a certified green business and most importantly that we make our product here in California for fair wages and they are made by working moms such as myself. --Sherry	I like what I am doing and have never had a job like this before. She helps us learn how to care for the environment. Also if you have an ailment you can go to Nancy for advice on natural and organic products that can help. You won’t find a boss this caring and involved in other work places. Also I like that we all work together and help one and other. We support each other. We have a low stress and relaxed work environment. We help each other change our way of life for the better. --Patty Working here has really opened my eyes to the benefits of baby wearing and breastfeeding whereas before I believed that constantly holding your baby would “spoil” them and breastfeeding was gross. Now that I have a daughter who is 16mos, I do still breastfeed and wear her in the New Native Baby Pouch, our bond is so strong and I thank Nancy and New Native for that. New Native is like no other company that I have ever worked for, it strives to educate its employees and others about what we can do to take part in preserving a clean environment for future generations. --Elvira
